Everlage vs RegFox: which pricing model fits your events?

Comparing RegFox fees with Everlage's flat monthly plans: prices checked Oct 18, 2026, where each costs less, and which fits your events.

Everlage Team Event Operations

Prices as published on each vendor's pricing page, checked October 18, 2026.

Short answer: RegFox charges a fee per registration and has no monthly fee on its Standard and Premium plans, so it usually costs less for smaller or occasional events. RegFox also lets organizers pass its per-registration fee on to attendees. Everlage is a flat monthly plan with no Everlage per-ticket fees, so in our examples it tends to cost less in platform fees once you sell around 500 or more paid tickets a month at a $50 ticket price (payment processing excluded), and it includes white-label branding on every plan.

Disclosure: Everlage publishes this comparison. We compared published pricing only and didn't test RegFox's product. RegFox lists several features this page doesn't cover; see "What this page doesn't compare" below.

How each one prices (as of 2026-10-18)

RegFox (regfox.com/pricing, checked 2026-10-18) - Standard: $0 a month, plus $0.99 + 1% per registration (capped at $4.99). Free events are $0.99 per registrant. - Premium: $0 a month, plus $1.99 + 1% per registration (capped at $5.99). Free events are $1.99 per registrant. Adds badge printing, among other features. - Professional: $499 a month, billed annually, plus $1.99 + 1% per registration (capped at $5.99). Free events are $0.99 per registrant. Adds a custom domain. - A white-label domain add-on is $150 a year per domain. Credit card fees of 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction apply with Webconnex Payments. RegFox says its plans start "at 99¢ + 1% per paid registration (that you can pass on to your attendees.)"; that covers the per-registration fee, not card fees.

Everlage (everlage.com/en/pricing, checked 2026-10-18) - Starter: $699 a month ($6,990 a year), with 500 paid tickets a month included. - Professional: $999 a month ($9,990 a year), with 1,000 paid tickets a month included. - No Everlage per-ticket fees. Extra capacity in paid 100-ticket blocks; processor fees apply. Blocks are a one-time purchase ($89 per 100 on Starter, $69 per 100 on Professional) with no renewal, and unused balances don't expire. - The Starter and Professional plans come with a 14-day trial with 25 trial tickets; no credit card is required to start.

Prices in USD, excluding applicable taxes.

What the platform fees look like

Platform fees only, at a $50 ticket price, one registration per ticket. Payment processing fees apply on all platforms and are excluded.

  • 200 paid tickets a month: RegFox Standard ($1.49 each): $298 · RegFox Premium ($2.49 each): $498 · RegFox Professional ($499 + $2.49 each): $997 · Everlage: $699 (Starter)
  • 500 paid tickets a month: RegFox Standard ($1.49 each): $745 · RegFox Premium ($2.49 each): $1,245 · RegFox Professional ($499 + $2.49 each): $1,744 · Everlage: $699 (Starter)
  • 1,000 paid tickets a month: RegFox Standard ($1.49 each): $1,490 · RegFox Premium ($2.49 each): $2,490 · RegFox Professional ($499 + $2.49 each): $2,989 · Everlage: $999 (Professional)
  • 5,000 paid tickets a month: RegFox Standard ($1.49 each): $7,450 · RegFox Premium ($2.49 each): $12,450 · RegFox Professional ($499 + $2.49 each): $12,949 · Everlage: $3,759 (Professional + 40 one-time blocks)

How we calculated it: RegFox per-registration fee = base fee + 1% of $50 (the caps only matter above roughly $400 tickets). For how flat and per-ticket costs compare more broadly, see the true cost of ticketing. Everlage at 5,000 tickets = $999 plan + 40 blocks × $69 = $3,759 for that month. Blocks are bought once, so a month back within the plan's 1,000 included tickets costs $999 again. Over a year, count the plan 12 times and the blocks only once. Where RegFox costs less

  • Low volume. At 200 tickets a month, RegFox Standard comes to about $298 against $699 for Everlage Starter. For a few events a year, RegFox is hard to beat.
  • Passing fees on. RegFox says its per-registration fee can be passed on to attendees, so you don't have to absorb it. Card fees of 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction still apply. More on absorbing vs passing on ticket fees.
  • Free events. RegFox charges $0.99 per free registrant on Standard and Professional ($1.99 on Premium). Everlage Community, for free events only, is $250 a month, so which costs less depends on your volume.

Where Everlage fits

  • Steady paid volume. From roughly 500 paid tickets a month at $50, the flat plan costs less than RegFox's per-registration fees in our examples, and the gap widens as volume grows.
  • Your brand, included. White-label branding is included on every Everlage plan. On RegFox, a white-label domain is a $150-a-year-per-domain add-on, and a custom domain comes with Professional.
  • Badges on every plan. Badge workflows are included on all Everlage plans; on RegFox, badge printing starts at Premium.
  • Check-in. Everlage includes native iOS and Android scanner apps with offline QR check-in that syncs when you're back online. Staff can also check attendees in from any browser. Scanner users are unlimited.
  • Your payment provider. Payments go through the provider you connect; processor fees apply. If you're also weighing Eventbrite, see our Eventbrite alternative page; for conference tools, see Cvent alternatives.
