Usable event journeys
Everlage works to make public and administrative journeys usable through clear labels, keyboard interaction, responsive layouts and readable content. This statement is not a certification that every page, uploaded file or configuration conforms to a particular accessibility standard.
Configuration and connected services
Website themes, uploaded materials, complex visual controls and third-party payment flows can affect the experience. Language choices depend on the languages enabled for the business. Organisers should review the pages and materials they publish, including the experience on the devices used by their attendees.
Report an accessibility barrier
Contact support or contact@everlage.com with the page address, what you were trying to do, your device and any assistive technology you use. Do not include passwords or payment details. We can investigate and discuss an alternative way to complete the task where one is available.
Accessibility reports receive priority-support severity regardless of the subscription plan.
