1. The agreement
These terms govern your organization's use of the Everlage platform — the operator console, white-label web portal, scanner applications and related services. By creating an admin account or using the platform you accept these terms on behalf of your organization.
2. Your subscription
Everlage is sold as a flat monthly or yearly subscription (Starter, Professional or Enterprise), plus optional add-on modules. Everlage does not take a commission on tickets you sell. Plans renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. The 14-day free trial requires no credit card.
3. Payments and funds
Ticket revenue is processed by the payment provider you connect (for example Stripe or another PSP) and settles directly to your account. Everlage never custodies your funds and is not a party to transactions between you and your guests. Refunds and chargebacks follow your connected provider's rules and your own published event policies.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the events you publish — their accuracy, legality, capacity compliance, pricing and refund policy — and for how you use guest data collected through your storefront. You agree not to use the platform for unlawful events, resale fraud or the distribution of malicious content.
5. Our responsibilities
We provide the platform materially as described, maintain commercially reasonable availability (see the Security Overview and Status page), and support you per your plan tier. We may update features over time; material reductions in functionality will be communicated in advance.
6. Data ownership and portability
Attendee, registration, payment-record and event data collected under your brand belongs to your organization. You can export it in CSV, Excel and PDF at any time without export fees, including after cancellation during a wind-down window.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everlage's aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the subscription fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may terminate at any time from the console. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination your storefront is unpublished and your data remains exportable for 60 days.
