1. Our approach
Everlage surfaces use as few cookies as possible. We prefer session-scoped, first-party cookies over tracking. Optional third-party analytics or marketing tools may be available when enabled for a site; on the Everlage marketing website, consent-gated integrations load only when the relevant consent category is granted. This does not mean every available integration is currently enabled.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
Login sessions, security tokens (CSRF), load-balancing and storage needed to record cookie-consent choices support essential functions. Disabling strictly necessary storage can prevent login, secure forms or checkout. Optional preference storage is described separately below.
3. Functional cookies
Remembering console preferences such as your default event view or collapsed sidebar. These store no personal data beyond your own settings.
Preference storage may also remember an explicit language choice or dismissal of an optional language suggestion. The languages offered depend on the relevant site or business configuration.
4. Analytics
We measure product usage in aggregate (which features are used, where flows drop off) to improve the platform. Analytics on operator consoles is first-party and pseudonymized. Tenant storefronts do not carry Everlage analytics that profile your guests.
On the Everlage marketing website, optional first-party analytics and configured third-party analytics follow the analytics-consent choice. Optional marketing integrations follow the marketing-consent choice. Available controls describe the categories; provider identities and durations must reflect the site’s enabled configuration.
5. Tenant storefronts
Your branded storefront sets only the cookies needed for cart and checkout to work. If you add your own marketing pixels through your settings, you are responsible for disclosing them in your own cookie notice — we provide a banner template you can enable.
Enabling a banner alone does not determine the lawful use of a pixel or other connected service. As organiser, you must configure the relevant consent controls, provide accurate notices and respect the visitor’s choices where consent is required. Your event and privacy responsibilities remain yours.
6. Managing cookies
Browsers let you block or delete cookies at any time. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break login and checkout.
Use Cookie preferences on the Everlage marketing website to review, reject or change optional choices. Withdrawing consent prevents future consent-gated loads; reload the page to fully apply the change to scripts already loaded. Browser controls can remove existing cookies.
Website cookie preferences apply to website storage and optional website integrations. They do not grant the mobile application's camera, photo, location or notification permissions. Mobile device permissions are controlled in iOS or Android settings. See the mobile sections of our Privacy Policy (https://everlage.com/en/legal/privacy-policy) for mobile processing and offline storage.
