Cancelling a paid subscription
The authenticated billing flow shows the effective cancellation date before you confirm. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. The standard subscription flow provides no prorated refund, subject to applicable law and any separately agreed terms. Where the option is available, you can reverse a scheduled cancellation before it takes effect.
One-time paid-ticket banks
Eligible plans can offer predefined packages of paid-ticket credits. The purchase screen shows the package size, the one-time package price, quantity and applicable tax before confirmation. Choosing a quantity of two buys two whole packages. A bank purchase does not automatically renew.
For the current accumulating paid-ticket bank offers, purchased credits add to the existing bank balance. Unused purchased credits do not reset with the monthly included allowance and have no expiry under the purchase terms. The applicable package terms are recorded with the purchase. A ticket bank adds capacity; it does not itself extend the subscription or remove service access restrictions.
Access restrictions, recovery and deletion
Under the standard Central retention policy, the planned deletion date is 30 days after effective service end: trial expiry, the end of a cancelled subscription’s paid period, or the end of the configured failed-payment grace period. For trial expiry and paid cancellation, days 1–7 have daily reminders and normal access, followed by restricted access. Failed-payment restriction begins immediately when its configured grace ends, with no additional seven days of normal access.
Authenticated payment, reactivation, export and support routes remain available during restriction. Export needed records before the displayed deletion deadline. Warnings continue, including a delivered final warning with at least four days to respond before deletion may proceed. Authorised administrators control policy settings; contact support before the deadline to request a permitted temporary hold. A hold does not itself restore normal access. Successful payment or reactivation can stop pending deletion when the policy and state permit it. The planned date may extend for undelivered warnings, support or legal holds, or operational delay. Once permanent deletion has begun, payment or a hold cannot restore deleted data.
Separate retained records
Tenant-owned content and assets are subject to the deletion process. Minimum records may remain for legal, billing, security, audit or trial-eligibility purposes, including normalized business identity and trial history. Those records are not a backup of deleted event content.
Event tickets are separate
An attendee’s request to cancel or refund an event ticket is separate from cancellation of the organiser’s Everlage subscription. Contact the organiser about its event policy; any applicable payment-provider process and mandatory rights remain relevant.
Questions and support
Use the support ticket area for account and billing questions. For questions about this document or the appropriate privacy request route, contact contact@everlage.com. These explanations do not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law or replace separately agreed terms.
