1. Our approach
Everlage surfaces use as few cookies as possible. We prefer session-scoped, first-party cookies over tracking. There is no third-party advertising cookie anywhere on the platform.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
Login sessions, security tokens (CSRF), load-balancing and language preference (English, Hebrew, Russian). These cannot be switched off because the product does not function without them.
3. Functional cookies
Remembering console preferences such as your default event view or collapsed sidebar. These store no personal data beyond your own settings.
4. Analytics
We measure product usage in aggregate (which features are used, where flows drop off) to improve the platform. Analytics on operator consoles is first-party and pseudonymized. Tenant storefronts do not carry Everlage analytics that profile your guests.
5. Tenant storefronts
Your branded storefront sets only the cookies needed for cart and checkout to work. If you add your own marketing pixels through your settings, you are responsible for disclosing them in your own cookie notice — we provide a banner template you can enable.
6. Managing cookies
Browsers let you block or delete cookies at any time. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break login and checkout.
